What does a full renovation with Aori actually include?
Design and planning, demolition and site prep, electrical and plumbing, structure and carpentry, kitchen and bathroom, custom cabinetry, finishes, lighting, and home styling — all under one scope document. We buy the materials on your behalf, so you are not chasing suppliers or comparing quotes yourself.
How do you price a project before work starts?
Every material and every trade is quoted and signed off before it's ordered. You receive one written specification with one total figure, not a rough estimate that grows once demolition starts.
Who do I actually talk to during the project?
One designer owns your project from the first site visit to handover. You are not passed between a salesperson, a separate site manager, and whoever answers the phone that week.
What happens if something breaks after handover?
Every project comes with a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. One call or message, and we come back to fix it — no separate quote for our own work.
Why do you only take six projects a year?
Because a designer who is stretched across fifteen projects can't be on site every week for any of them. Six is the number where we can still do that.
Can I see the exact scope and timeline before I commit?
Yes — the written specification and schedule are shared and agreed before any deposit changes hands. Nothing in the project depends on a verbal promise.
